How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in both centimetres and inches. We always recommend taking your own measurements and comparing them to our guide rather than going by the label size. If you're between sizes, our team can advise — just email us before ordering.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We produce in limited quantities by design. Some pieces are one-of-a-kind; others may return in a future collection. You can sign up for restock notifications on individual product pages. As a Circle member, you'll also receive advance notice of restocks before they go public.

Are your pieces ethically made?

Yes. We work with small artisan workshops that we visit in person. We know our makers by name. Everyone in our supply chain is paid fairly. Slow fashion isn't just our aesthetic — it's a commitment to the people who make our clothes.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Address changes can be accommodated within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, your parcel may already be in transit. Contact us at hello@bohemez.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help — though we can't guarantee changes once a label has been generated.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please photograph the item and packaging and email us at hello@bohemez.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly — at no additional cost to you. We take full responsibility for items damaged in transit.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. All orders can be sent in our signature gift packaging — a linen envelope with a wax seal, nested in tissue with a handwritten card. Select this option at checkout. There is a small additional charge of €6 for gift packaging.

How do I care for my pieces?

Each piece comes with care instructions on the label. As a general rule: natural fibres benefit from cold, gentle washing and air drying. Avoid harsh detergents. Iron on low heat through a damp cloth. When in doubt, hand wash or dry clean. The longer you care for a piece, the more character it acquires.

Can I return a sale item?

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive faulty. If you receive a damaged sale item, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it.
